Not having owned an electric gate in the past I was a bit worried about what to do. A quick bit of Googling found Autogate and Kate (office) organized and explained things clearly, politely and professionally and set up an appointment with Dan (engineer). Dan turned up bang on time and was just as friendly and professional. He patiently explained what he was doing and gave me complete peace of mind. The problem was fixed and the gates/system had a service at  the same time. Friendly office, engineer sent out within a couple of days, no fuss,  prompt and on budget. Highly recommended.
