Prem Kalyan We have been using Autogate for over 13 years and cannot speak enough about their courteous and very efficient engineers and the office staff. Our electric gate was recently damaged in windy weather. Not having owned an electric gate in the past I was a bit worried about what to do. A quick bit of Googling found Autogate and Kate (office) organized and explained things clearly, politely and professionally and set up an appointment with Dan (engineer). Dan turned up bang on time and was just as friendly and professional. He patiently explained what he was doing and gave me complete peace of mind. We are both hugely impressed with your 'after sales' dedication to customer service some three years or more after fitting. I can think of, and indeed know,  many who would not care. I have been a customer of Autogate since 2008, and over that time they have been courteous, reliable and professional. Over the years we have had numerous service calls, repairs when the gates have been forced and needed new heavyweight chains - And just recently, we had a 'complete' overhaul of the system to bring everything up to date including replacement motors, boxes remotes and all. We had a problem with the switch on the drive to operate the gates. The problem was fixed and the gates/system had a service at  the same time. Friendly office, engineer sent out within a couple of days, no fuss,  prompt and on budget. Highly recommended.
